CLASSROOM BASED-CERTIFICATION:

Six Sigma certification is available at the Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt levels through our in-house training or through our open enrollment program. Registration fees for our open enrollment program Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt training may be found here. The basic requirements for certification are:

1) successful completion of the appropriate training which has been provided by Saral

2)Passing on online test

3) one or two projects in an acceptable format which are reviewed and evaluated by Saral academy staff members

The training required for Green Belt certification is typically two weeks of topic coverage; four weeks of training including DOE topics are required for Black Belt certification

MBB certification requirements may be partially met by successful completion of any one of the following 5 to 7 day classes

1) Train-the-trainer (7 days)

2) Advanced MBB topics (5 days)
