Objective

To run the Lean Behaviour Safety Audit Program to help managers and Supervisors to integrate safety management in to the overall program.

Content

During this training programme, participants will examine and evaluate their roles in Auditing, Leadership and Investigating Incidents. In addition, the strategies for managing safety within the overall organization will be introduced.

This is an adult group-learning program, in which participants interact as they discuss, analyze, and apply information from presentations, case discussions, and situational analyses to their own experience and organizations. Under the guidance of an instructor, each participant will conduct a two-hour audit tour.

Outcome

Enhanced understanding of the line managers responsibility that results in improved operational efficiency.
