Objective

To review and discuss the process safety and risk management (PSM) system in a way that utilizes workshops based on real industrial incidents and involves all participants.

Content

The participants develop an awareness of how to implement programs that achieve process safety excellence and comply with regulations. The necessity of management commitment and leadership is stressed, along with the acceptance of management responsibilities for establishing policy, committing resources, encouraging and providing for employee involvement, establishing clear accountability, verifying compliance, participating personally in the PSM program.
