Objective

To help management gain a better understanding of the need for, and value of, implementing a strong, effective, and ongoing contractor safety management effort throughout the client organization.

The training will instill in the management the motivation needed to accomplish this task as well as key process tools and help leadership align its contractor safety vision, energize commitment and involvement and will result in an action plan for rolling out an effective contractor safety improvement effort.

Content

The training content is modeled on contractor management systems to maintain a strong contractor safety leadership position . Using interactive presentation techniques, the specialist will discuss the executive role in contractor safety management.
